Girls are shopaholic.

We admit.

Almost all wants to have pretty stuff but does it have to be signatured or comes with a high price just to be able to call it pretty and fabulous.

Here are some tips for bargain shopping:

1. If you’re on a tight budget don’t get disappointed. I advice you to use your money with cheap finds and revisits popular shopping destination to give you what your asking for.

2. Don’t be blinded by brands. Go to tiangges and ukay-ukay. They have lots of good items at a very reasonable price. You can even haggle to get a lower price just remember to be polite and say thank you.

3. Unless you have superb self-control, bring only cash that you can afford to spend to avoid impulse buys.

4. Buy fashion pieces because they fit your style. Buy what you like, spent your money for the things that you are certain to wear over and over again.

5. Be thorough. Make sure to look every item in the store so that you won’t miss all sorts of great deals.

6. Organize your closet; mix and match then visualize a potential purchase from the stuff you already have to maximize their wear ability.

7. Bear in mind to be fashionable on your own way.

8. Make sure you know what flatters your body.

9. Don’t be a fashion victim. Don’t wear all the current trends unless it works for you.

10. Being on budget should not damp your shopping spirit. You must accept that you can only buy things that you need. It simply means buying necessity over luxury.

But if you’re lucky enough and you have golden spoon on your mouth, go ahead and indulge. Keep in mind that quality over quantity is more significant. Nothing beats a long lasting items but a bit pricey than stuff lasting you a month only. If you feel satisfied and comfortable of what you buy then bring it on girl.

Always remember you are what you wear!

Coffee: How much is too much?

Posted by Janny

Study shows that drinking coffee in moderation is perfectly safe and good for our health but too much of it is risky. Coffee is drunk all over the world, every day, by both young and old but like many other things we enjoy in our everyday life, we sometimes question whether it is good for us.

WHEN TO STOP IT...

Certain circumstances call for reducing the amount of caffeine you consume. Evaluate your habits. If any of these situations apply, you may need to cut back.

Though moderate caffeine intake isn't likely to cause harm, too much can noticeably affect your health. Heavy daily caffeine use — more than 500 to 600 mg a day, or about four to seven cups of coffee — can cause:
  • Restlessness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Muscle tremors
  • Sleeplessness
  • Headaches
  • Nausea, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal problems
  • Abnormal heart rhythms

Caffeine content

Caffeine molecule Depending on the type of coffee and method of preparation, the caffeine content of a single serving can vary greatly. On average, a single cup of coffee of about 207 milliliters (7 fluid ounces) or a single shot of espresso of about 30 ml (1oz) can be expected to contain the following amounts of caffeine:

Drip coffee: 115–175 mg

Espresso: 60 mg Brewed/Pressed: 80–135 mg

Instant: 65–100 mg

Decaf, brewed: 3–4 mg

Decaf, instant: 2–3 mg

Don't get the wrong idea. I love coffee and their still a chance that i drink too much of it for a day. To help me lessen my addiction, I've research some disadvantages of too much coffee intakes.
